When will my package ship?
Our warehouse typically fulfills orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic packages are picked up by the carrier once per day. International orders are picked up on Fridays.
When will my package arrive?
When you choose a shipping method at checkout, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Domestic orders typically take between 2-5 business days while international orders take between 6-18 business days. Holidays may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
Why does my tracking link still show my order in “awaiting item” status?
If you are tracking your item via the Shop App, it may not update accurately. Please refer to the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email for the most up to date tracking. International orders may take up to 7 business days to show a tracking update.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate before checking out. If the address is entered incorrectly, contact customer support at help@qlessgame.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address, and we will try to update the address before the item is fulfilled and shipped.
What should I do if I entered the billing address incorrectly?
We are unable to change a billing address. However, if payment went through and the order was confirmed, there should be no issues with your order fulfillment.
I received an email that my order was delivered, but it’s not here.
Occasionally the carrier will trigger “delivered” emails before the item arrives. There is also a chance that the package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. Please reach out to customer support at help@qlessgame.com if your order does not show up within a couple of days.
My order arrived damaged or is incorrect.
