Q-Less Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your game must be in the same condition that you received it — undamaged and still shrink wrapped. If the shrink wrap has been removed, the item cannot be returned. 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@qlessgame.com. We will send return instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and approved return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the return is received, please allow 14 days for it to be processed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and  make it right.

Non-returnable items

Opened games cannot be returned.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
